CORONAVIRUS (SARS-CoV-2) STATEMENT

Dear Patients,

In light of the ongoing COVID situation , we continue to strive to reduce risks to our patients and staff. Mask wearing is now encouraged but optional

Our position is based on the most current advice from the NSW Department of Health, the W.H.O and the Australian Physiotherapy Association and has been made in consultation with all of us here at the practice. We will monitor the situation and update the advice as things change.

We are committed to maintaining the highest standard of infection control at the practice while still providing our essential community-based physiotherapy service.

We ask that you help us to minimise infection risk by following the advice below:-

  1. Phone ahead before your appointment if you have flu-like symptoms to discuss rebooking your appointment or using our telehealth options (please refer to our FAQ page).

  2. Practice good hand hygiene before and during your visit to the practice. We have hand sanitiser and hand washing facilities available.

  3. Practice good cough and sneeze etiquette (into your elbow please!)

  4. Practice social distancing - avoid hand shaking, hugging and kissing!!

Everyone that works in the practice is fully vaccinated.

Thanks for your help, understanding and care for your fellow humans during this challenging time. Stay safe in the meantime.
